Key Highlights:

• Integration Development:

  • Successfully led the development and implementation of over 200 integrations using iPaaS solutions such as Mulesoft, AWS, Workato, and Apache Airflow, streamlining operations across the company.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Was a trusted advisor to every business function I worked with, including Customer Service, HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Sales & Marketing teams, by understanding the problems they were trying to solve and delivering tailored integrations that reduced the time teams spent on manual tasks.

• Team Expansion and Leadership:

  • Expanded the integrations team from 5 members to 17 engineers across 3 scrum teams within a 3 month time period as Coinbase was experiencing hyper growth pre-IPO.

  • Hired a second Product Manager, a Program Manager, and 2 Business Analysts who all reported directly to me in order to support the increased demand our business partners had for integrating their systems.
